About us

It did not start with technology, it started with people. As a child, founder Ruben van der Graaf helped neighbours with computer problems and built small websites, and later spent years as a lighting tech in nightlife: technology and people at the same time. People became the work, IT the hobby, and the combination his career.

Through support engineer, application manager, team lead and IT manager he became responsible for international IT operations. One question kept coming back: why do we actually do it this way? Service desks rarely break because of bad people or bad technology; they get stuck because the work is poorly distributed, poorly automated, or poorly understood.

That is where ServiceChanger began, and where ITSM Autopilot began. Today we build it with a team. Our platform connects to your existing ITSM (Freshservice, TOPdesk and more) and deploys AI agents that take over the administrative ticket work: classifying, searching your knowledge base for solutions, and learning from every resolved case.
